How Does This Chronic Pain Recovery Program Work? 

Our Chronic Pain Recovery Program incorporates Somatic Experiencing®, Emotional Awareness & Expression Therapy, and Pain Reprocessing Therapy. These approaches work together to support the nervous system in rewiring pain pathways, with the effect of reducing and eliminating pain and other problem symptoms. 

These approaches are neuro-psychological and holistic, meaning that they target where pain originates: in the nervous system and brain. These approaches are based on current neuroscience and pain research.

Results experienced by the most recent Chronic Pain Recovery participants (2022, over 8 weeks):

* 100% experienced a reduction of pain or discomfort, 40% reported "a lot" or "a great deal." 

* 100% experienced improvement in enjoyment in         everyday life, 60% reported "a lot" or "a great deal."
